Under two roofs?

I want to use this ingenious idea of covering whole roof surface of Gigafactory as an illustration that there is still room for innovations, improvements and cost reduction.
Gigafactory is protected from the environment by the ordinary roof structure, retrofitted with solar panels on top.
One may ask - why to manufacture solar roof panel being integral structure and solar panel in one?
Our warehouses. shopping malls, factories are a perfect example where structural solar panel could serve well without additional roof beneath.
I think we need another terra factory to produce solar sheets that could replace corrugated iron sheets on our industrial buildings.
Solar sheets reasonably big sizes say 1-2 x 4 meters with insulation beneath and designed in such way to carry rainwater, withstand hail and walking person.
Cost of solar roofing sheets will be only a bit higher than plain corrugated iron, but simplicity in installation and construction will be undisputed.
